Doug's real estate experience includes over 10 years in land development, commercial and industrial real estate with D.A. Balog & Associates Ltd., a company he founded and sold in 1986.

Although educated in the United States, Lori lived in Geneva, Switzerland for over 10 years where she became fluent in French.

Chris Stevens

Chris moved to the warmer climate of the Desert in 1998 after completing the study of business and marketing at Washington State University.

His insight and intuitive nature guided Chris to recognize the opportunity for young business professionals and community growth in the Coachella Valley. That same enthusiasm carries through today in his dedication to the real estate industry where he has been a partner with Team Balog since 1999.

Michelle White

As the Director of Human Resources for Spa Resort Casino and Agua Caliente Casino, Michelle White has dedicated over 20 years to helping employees reach success in their careers. This passion for helping people reach their personal goals and dreams coupled with her love of the desert lifestyle led Michelle to elect a career change to the Real Estate industry.

Don Kennedy

Donald Kennedy brings an extensive knowledge of construction to TEAM BALOG having worked in the industry for over 20 years. Since 1982 Don began his career running several lumber companies. Ten years later Don changed gears and pursued a career in real estate working for Century 21 in Colorado.

Don moved to the Coachella Valley in 1994 where he gained knowledge by supervising commercial construction, and providing estimates for a grading and demolition company in Palm Springs. He further sharpened his skills in construction and joined forces with some of the best custom home builders inSouthern California as a superintendent overseeing the construction of several multi-million dollar homes and in the process helped to make homeowners dreams into reality.

Rebecca Mankiller

From working with Community Planning and Development with HUD in Honolulu, Hawaii to managing office, industrial and retail properties in Las Vegas and Southern California, Rebecca Mankiller brings nearly 15 years of real estate experience to Team Balog. Having first been a Team Balog client in 2005, she was proud to join a team of professionals with the breadth of knowledge, skill and integrity that are the hallmarks of this Team.

To diversify her real estate career, Rebecca has focused on residential sales and leasing and has found that the personal connections made with her clients has been the most fulfilling aspect of her career. Matching her clients with their dream homes is her definition of a job well done.

Outside of her real estate projects, Rebecca serves on the Board of Directors of the White Horse Youth Ranch and the Paul E. & Helen S. Meyer Foundation in Las Vegas. She also supports the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust in Kenya, Arts in Service to the Community in Honolulu, and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Tennessee. A true Southerner at heart, you can find her on any given Sunday glued to the nearest college football game.

Kathy Bishop

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Kathy was drawn by the spiritual effects of the Coachella Valley and made Palm Desert her home.

Kathy brings with her an extensive knowledge in the credit business as an account executive and also in lending as a wholesale representative. The relationships she has built and continues to maintain prove to be valuable assets to her clients and assist in expediting the loan process.

Kathy enjoys the research and market tracking aspects of the real estate industry. This detailed approach allows her to catalog and communicate current market conditions and statistics to her clients; providing the opportunity to act swiftly when great deals present themselves.

Outside of work Kathy enjoys spending time with family, and exploring the Desert’s vast labyrinth of hiking.
